Account function: The platform will open a dedicated merchant backend account for you, This account is only for merchants to manage, Update the business and basic information of our company (Like contact information, Company profile, etc) . Upload and maintain product graphic and related information, Assisted by the platform after offline communication between both parties.
3. Intermediary Disclaimer: The platform only provides information display and matching channels, Not a participant in the transaction between the merchant and the purchaser, Agent or guarantor.
4. No result commitment: The platform does not promise, We also do not guarantee that merchants will obtain any specific business results through this platform, Business Benefits, Deterministic customer inquiries or final transaction conversions. Merchants are not allowed to use "Actual transaction not reached" or "Customer quality does not meet expectations" For reasons, Deny the performance effectiveness of the platform or claim a refund.
   
   

two, Cost and activation

three, Data Compliance and Transaction Responsibility

1. Information authenticity: Merchants must ensure that their backend updates the company information, And various products provided offline to the platform for display, production capacity, The qualification materials are absolutely authentic, legal, effective, And it does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. The platform has the right to make judgments based on its own judgment or third-party complaints, Unilaterally hiding or removing content suspected of violating regulations.
2. Platform's right of recourse: If the merchant provides false information, Selling inferior products or engaging in commercial fraud, Causing the platform to suffer regulatory penalties or third-party claims, Merchants are required to fully compensate the platform for their direct economic losses and rights protection costs (Including legal fees, Litigation costs, etc) .
   
   

Four, Service termination and breach

1. Termination upon expiration: After the end of the service period, If the merchant has not completed the offline renewal process, The platform has the right to automatically suspend the merchant's backend permissions on the day after the service expires, Offline Enterprise Page, And stop providing follow-up business contacts and connections.
2. force majeure: Due to basic telecommunications malfunction, hacker attack, Platform service interruption caused by force majeure such as policy and regulatory changes, The platform does not assume any liability for breach of contract.
3. unilateral termination: If the merchant seriously violates the provisions of Article 4 of this agreement (If false qualifications are provided, Serious breach of contract, multiple complaints, etc) , The platform has the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate the service, Permanent expulsion of merchant account, We will not refund any fees already paid.
   
   

five, dispute resolution

1. Conclusion of this Agreement, Execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Jurisdiction agreement: If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, We should first engage in friendly negotiations; Negotiations cannot be reached, Either party shall bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the platform party.
